The order processing time can reach up to 7 working days. Please note that this processing time is in addition to the postage selected at checkout.
UK Shipping
Shipping is calculated based on weight. Your order weight will be calculated at the checkout, and available shipping services will then be listed automatically.
For parcels below 2kg:
Royal Mail 1st Class (1-2 working days) - £3.99
Royal Mail 2nd Class Standard (3-4 working days) - £2.99
For parcels over 2kg
Royal Mail 1st Class (1-2 working days) - £4.99
Royal Mail 2nd Class Standard (3-4 working days) - £3.99
Republic of Ireland Shipping
For ROI customers all parcels have a flat shipping rate of £4.99
Please note that all shipments outside of the UK may be subject to Import Duty / Tax / VAT. As we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount, additional charges must be paid by the recipient. We will not be held responsible for the payment of Import Duty / Tax / VAT under any circumstances, and such charges are not included in the purchase price of Jolie Maison products.
